My journey started with a simple truth: mental and physical health are deeply connected.
While earning my doctorate in psychology, I saw firsthand how emotional well-being and physical wellness go hand in hand. But I also realized that traditional mental health approaches often focused solely on the mind—overlooking the powerful role the body plays in healing and growth.
Many people needed a more holistic path, one that supported their physical health alongside their mental and emotional well-being.
That realization led me to blend my background in psychology with personal training and wellness coaching. Today, I help people create lasting transformation by aligning the mind, body, and spirit—so they can feel strong, balanced, and fully alive.
This insight also inspired me to become a certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist—giving me the tools to support both the mental and physical sides of wellness.
By combining science-backed strategies with a whole-person approach, I work with individuals to create meaningful, lasting change from the inside out.
